Lowest Price Match Guarantee Terms and conditions

Policy Definition:

TireEx UAE is committed to ensuring the lowest price on all products offered. Customers are entitled to claim a refund for the price difference if the same product is advertised at a lower price by one of the approved competitors on the specified list within 15 days of purchase.

Price Match Conditions:

1. Scope of the Policy:

The “Price Match Guarantee” policy applies to all products available on the TireEx UAE website.

2. Product Match Criteria:
   • The guarantee applies only to products or services that match exactly in terms of:
     • Brand, model, product number, country of origin, and year of production.
     • Product warranty in accordance with the approved warranty policies.
     • The advertised price must be in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
     • The advertised price must include all additional costs, such as installation fees, delivery charges, or any bundled gifts.
     • The product must be available with the competitor at the time of the claim submission.

3. Approved Competitors:
   • The policy applies only to competitors on the approved list provided by TireEx UAE and located within the United Arab Emirates.
4. Online Purchases:
   • For purchases made through the TireEx UAE website, price matching is valid with the approved competitors’ websites, provided they offer delivery services to the same city as the customer.

Claim Procedure:

1. Claim Period: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Claim Submission Process:
   • Claims can be submitted through the provided link: https://tireex.ae/claim-form/
   • The following documents are required:
     • Invoice from TireEx UAE.
     • A clear and recent screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price, including the date
     • A link to the competitor’s product with the lower price.

Claim Limits:

• Each customer is entitled to claim the policy for one product of the same type per purchase.

Modifications:

TireEx UAE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the “Price Match Guarantee” policy at any time without prior notice.

Exclusions:

1. Exclusive offers for special sales or limited quantities.
2. Promotional offers lasting one day or less.
3. Seasonal offers or loyalty programs.
4. Products listed on auction or marketplace websites not directly sold by approved vendors.
5. Typographical errors in the product number or price (whether by TireEx UAE or the competitor).
6. Products unavailable with the competitor at the time of the claim.
7. Products that do not match in country of origin or year of production with the product sold by TireEx UAE.
